1、 Gravity settling method

This method is suitable for particles with larger diameters, which settle faster and can be effectively removed, but it is not very suitable for particles with diameters less than 10 microns.
2、 Centrifugal force separation method
The centrifugal force separation method uses a rotating mechanism to separate the flue gas into two layers, the inner and outer layers. The heavy particles in the outer layer are ejected towards the surrounding walls by centrifugal force, while the light flue gas in the inner layer continues to move upward and is discharged through the exhaust port. This method requires complex equipment and is not ideal for small particles.
3、 Inertial collision method
Inertial collision method refers to introducing smoke into a semi-circular structure, causing the smoke to bend, so that solid particles will collide with the wall due to inertia and be separated. This method is suitable for particles with a diameter greater than 10 microns, but the effect is not ideal for small particles.
4、 Filter material filtration method
The filter material filtration method refers to passing flue gas through certain filtering materials, such as filter cloth, filter cartridge, etc., to filter out solid particles. This method is suitable for particles of various sizes, but the filter material is prone to clogging and requires regular cleaning or replacement.
