Adopting structures and materials with good sealing performance to reduce the mixing of peripheral air and improve the dust collection effect. At the same time, insulation treatment should be carried out on the dust collector to avoid condensation caused by low temperature of high-temperature flue gas during transmission, which may affect the dust removal effect and equipment operation safety. For example, an insulation layer can be added to the dust collector shell, or a material with insulation function can be used to make the shell.
7. Explosion proof and safety design: Explosion proof and safety devices have been designed for the melting furnace dust collector that handles flammable and explosive dust. By installing pressure relief valves, using anti-static filter materials, and adding spark arresters, the risk of high-temperature smoke and explosion can be reduced, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.
