Organic dust removal framework

The silicone dust removal framework is a specialized framework for desulfurization and dust removal in power plants. The product is made of carbon steel or stainless steel wire with sufficient strength, and is welded into shape using specialized equipment in one go. After welding, the silicone dust removal framework undergoes surface galvanizing to prevent rusting. The silicone dust removal framework is widely used in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments.

Immerse the processed bag cage in the degreasing tank for 15 minutes to remove the oil stains on its surface.

2. Remove the bag cage from the degreasing tank and place it in the cleaning tank for soaking and cleaning, in order to remove the degreaser on the bag cage.

3. Remove the bag cage from the cleaning tank and place it into the rust removal tank for rust removal treatment. The purpose is to remove the metal oxide layer on the bag cage and enhance the adsorption force.

4. Remove the cage frame from the rust removal tank and place it into the phosphating tank for phosphating treatment, aiming to enhance the adhesive force on the surface of the bag cage.

5. Place the processed bag cage into the oven, set the temperature to $2100℃, and bake for 20-30 minutes to remove the moisture on the bag cage and keep the body of the bag cage dry.

6. Remove the bag cage and evenly spray the prepared silicone onto its surface. The coating thickness should be between 60μm and 100μm.

7. Place the sprayed bag cage into the oven, set the temperature to $2220℃, and bake it for 120 minutes. Then, maintain the temperature at $2200℃ for 30 minutes of heat setting. Allow the bag cage to cool naturally, and the silicone spraying process of the bag cage is completed.

8. The strongest adhesive force of silicone is achieved at a thickness of 60-70μm.
