Homopolyacrylonitrile fiber exhibits excellent resistance to organic solvents, oxidants, inorganic and organic acids, and remains non-hydrolyzable. It finds widespread application in dust collection for flue gases from waste incineration, asphalt, coal milling, power plants, and other low-temperature, chemically corrosive, and humid environments. Depending on specific usage requirements, acrylic needle felt can undergo various functional treatments, such as water repellent, waterproof, oil-resistant, PTFE impregnation, coating, and laminating.
