Long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector

The long bag low-pressure pulse bag dust collector combines the advantages of two types of dust collectors, namely chamber back blowing and pulse dust cleaning. It is equipped with a pulse valve with low resistance, fast opening and closing, and high dust cleaning ability. The various components of the spraying device have excellent aerodynamic characteristics. Compressed air is sprayed through the nozzle onto the daily filter bags, causing deformation and vibration of the filter bags, thus achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.

Characteristics of Long Bag Low Voltage Pulse Dust Collector:

1. By using an intake airflow homogenization device, coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper, reducing damage to the filter bag. The airflow entering the bag chamber is homogenized, reducing the pressure loss of the dust collector.

2. Long cloth bag design: This dust collector adopts a long cloth bag, reducing the footprint and facilitating on-site process layout.

3. Low voltage pulse dust cleaning: The filter bag has a long service life and low energy consumption.

4. Using filter media: Select filter media according to different flue gas characteristics, with an outlet emission concentration of ≤ 50mg/Nm3.

5. High filtration speed of filter bag: Compared with fiberglass filter bags, it has the advantages of small volume, light weight, and low investment.

6. This dust collector can adopt two types of dust cleaning control methods: timed and fixed resistance, all of which are centrally controlled by PLC and operate stably.

7. The dust collector is divided into two cleaning states: online and offline, which can be flexibly used according to actual needs.
