A catalytic combustion device refers to a device or equipment that facilitates combustion under the influence of a catalyst. The working principle of a catalytic combustion device is as follows: it utilizes a catalyst to enable organic waste gases to undergo flameless combustion at a relatively low ignition temperature, thereby decomposing the organic waste gases into non-toxic carbon dioxide and water vapor.

The electric control system of the catalytic burner comprises PLC controllers, text displays, frequency converters, igniters, ultraviolet sensors, thermocouples, and other electric control devices, as well as fans. Additionally, a zero-pressure valve regulates the ratio of gas to air. The working principle of the burner is that when it is necessary to change the combustion power, the energy of the entire system is altered by adjusting the amount of mixed gas entering the combustion system.
