Cyclone dust collector

A cyclone dust collector is a type of dust removal device. Its dust removal mechanism involves inducing the dust-laden airflow to rotate, separating and collecting dust particles from the airflow by centrifugal force on the collector wall, and then allowing the dust particles to fall into the ash hopper by gravity. Each component of the cyclone dust collector has a specific size ratio, and any change in these ratios can affect the efficiency and pressure loss of the cyclone dust collector. The main influencing factors include the collector diameter, inlet size, and exhaust pipe diameter. It should be noted that when exceeding a certain threshold, favorable factors can turn into unfavorable ones. Additionally, some factors may be beneficial for improving dust removal efficiency but may increase pressure loss, so adjustments to various factors must be balanced.
