Bag type dust collector

A bag filter is a dry dust filtration device. It is suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt, utilizing the filtering effect of fiber fabrics to filter dust-laden gas. When the dust-laden gas enters the bag filter, dust particles with larger size and higher specific gravity settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. The gas containing finer dust is filtered as it passes through the filter material, with the dust being retained, thus purifying the gas.

Advantages of bag filters

(1) High dust removal efficiency, generally above 99%, with the dust concentration at the outlet of the dust collector being within tens of mg/m3, and high classification efficiency for fine dust with submicron particle size.

(2) The range of processing air volume is wide, from as little as several cubic meters per minute to as much as tens of thousands of cubic meters per minute. It can be used for flue gas dust removal in industrial kilns and reduce the emission of atmospheric pollutants.

(3) Simple structure, easy maintenance and operation.

(4) With the same high dust removal efficiency, the cost is lower than that of an electrostatic precipitator.

(5) When using high-temperature resistant filter materials such as glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and P84, it can operate under high temperature conditions above 200℃.

(6) It is not sensitive to the characteristics of dust and is not affected by dust or resistance.
